Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current BLS certification required.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy care to adult and pediatric patients preferred.
- Experience evaluating patients, establishing measurable functional goals, and documenting objective progress required.
- Experience administering diagnostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional ability tests preferred.
- Ability to develop and modify treatment plans and to instruct patients and families on therapeutic procedures required.
- Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams required.
- Ability to provide supervision and direction to PT assistants, aides, and students preferred.

- Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5x8.
- Floating: May be required to float to other local facilities as needed.
