Minimum Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is required.
- Active Oklahoma state SLP license required prior to start.
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or applicable Level II experience; new graduates accepted only with Level II experience beyond observational Level I.
- Minimum 1 year of SLP clinical experience; experience in long-term care or rehabilitation required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to perform screenings, evaluations, and treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders using standardized assessments and evidence-based practice.
- Experience documenting treatment minutes and clinical records per regulatory requirements and using electronic documentation systems.
- Ability to provide supervision to CFY clinicians or students when applicable.
- Current ASHA membership expected and adherence to ASHA and state practice acts and codes of ethics.

- Shift hours: 8 hour days, 35 GWW.
- Weekend requirement: None.
- Duration: 13 week assignment.
- Required clinical experience: Long-term care (LTC) or rehab experience required.
- State licensure required: Oklahoma SLP license.
- Certification required: CCC-SLP from ASHA.
- Supervisory expectations: Able to supervise/support CFY or student SLPs.
