Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Alabama Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from AHA or ARC.
- Home Health experience required. Experience covering Butler, Crenshaw, Lowndes, and Covington counties preferred.
- Productivity experience or ability to meet productivity expectations (client productivity requirement: 30 points).
- Experience with electronic documentation systems preferred; HCHB experience preferred but not required.
- Experience performing comprehensive PT evaluations, developing measurable treatment plans, supervising PTAs and aides, and communicating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
