Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient practice required, including evaluation and treatment of orthopedic and neuromuscular conditions.
- Experience performing 60-minute evaluations and one-on-one treatment sessions preferred.
- Proven ability to complete timely, accurate documentation including goals, functional quality indicator assessment, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry using clinic-approved formats.
- Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and materials handling procedures.
- Willingness to participate in student supervision and professional development activities preferred.
