Occupational Therapist - Palm Springs, CA (Skilled Nursing Facility)
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility or long-term care settings preferred.
- Experience providing evaluations, individualized treatment plans, and documentation consistent with SNF requirements preferred.

Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. Perform evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document care and progress, and communicate with interdisciplinary team members. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.
