Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience treating adults in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. (Preferred)
- Experience providing restorative care, fall prevention programs, and mobility training with geriatric patients preferred. (Preferred)
- Proficiency with documentation in electronic medical record (EMR) systems; experience with SNF-centric EMRs preferred. (Preferred)

- Work Schedule: 5x8 shifts per week (Sunday through Saturday coverage as needed)
