Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active MA state license required prior to start of assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- At least 3 months of outpatient (OP) experience, or 1 year of physical therapy experience in other settings post-clinicals. Submissions should reflect OP experience when possible.
- Familiarity with Raintree EMR preferred.
- All new travelers must complete three HealthStream modules pre-assignment. Agency will be reimbursed with proof of completion and at least one shift worked. (Preferred administrative requirement.)
Assignment Details
- Facility type: Hospital.

- Shift details: Monday through Friday, 0800-1630.
- Schedule notes: Open to 4x10s; must be open to two evenings per week until 7:30pm.
