Minimum Requirements
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. (Client requires Master's as minimum.)
- Active Physical Therapist license in Maryland is required to start the assignment.
- Professional certification required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience preferred, including admission assessments, therapy evaluations, discharge assessments, and routine follow-up visits.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating with patient providers preferred.
- Ability to cover service areas including Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, and Queen Anne's counties preferred.

- Weekly Hour Guarantee: 36 hours per week.
