Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Minimum of 1 year of acute care or inpatient hospital physical therapy experience preferred. (Preferred)
Experience with inpatient evaluation, development of discharge-focused treatment plans, and interdisciplinary collaboration preferred. (Preferred)
Competence in documentation of daily notes, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, discharge planning, and charge entry in hospital EMR systems preferred. (Preferred)
Ability to perform safe patient handling and materials handling per hospital policies.
Willingness to participate in student supervision and departmental education as assigned.

Facility Type: Hospital.
Shift: Day. (5x8)
Duration: 13 week assignment.
Positions Available: 2.
May be required to float to other facilities within the client network as needed.
