Minimum Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate eligibility.
- Active state SLP license required to start the assignment in Alabama.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required by the facility.
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred, including working with post-acute and long-term care populations.
- Telehealth experience preferred due to partial telehealth delivery on this assignment.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation per month.
- Schedule: Approximately 32-36 hours per week with telehealth components.
- Assignment Length: 13 week contract.
