Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active SC state license or multistate license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or completed SNF clinical rotation preferred due to fast-paced SNF demands.
- Experience treating short-term rehab (STR) and long-term care (LTC) patient populations preferred.
- Ability to manage a mixed caseload in a 120-bed skilled nursing environment with fluctuating needs.
