Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Virginia Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Preferred at least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic or sports-related clinical experience. New graduates will be considered.
- Experience with outpatient orthopedic, post-operative, general musculoskeletal, and sports injury caseloads.
- Familiarity with CPT & ICD-10 coding procedures and knowledge of Medicare, third-party billing, and Workers' Compensation requirements.
- Proficiency with Windows-based office technologies (Word, Excel).
- Comfortable communicating directly with physicians and collaborating with other disciplines.
