Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license required to start the position.
- BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics or demonstrated interest in outpatient orthopedic caseloads preferred.
- Comfort treating ages 10 through geriatric.
- Ability to deliver 30–40 minute treatment sessions and perform 30–60 minute evaluations as needed.
- Familiarity or willingness to learn TherOffice EMR preferred.
- Dry needling experience or interest in providing cash-based specialty services is a plus.
- New graduates and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply.
Benefits:
- Sign-on bonus available up to $10,000, paid in two installments (half at 90 days, half at 6 months).
- Retention bonus available ($3,000 after 3 years; may increase).
- Productivity bonuses paid quarterly with potential earnings up to approximately $11,000 per year based on productivity thresholds.

Caseload & Clinical Practice:
- Outpatient orthopedics only. No neuro, TMJ, or vestibular unless the clinician prefers to treat those cases.
- Patient ages range from 10 years to geriatric.
- Typical visit length: 30–40 minute treatment sessions. Evaluations 30–60 minutes for select cases.
- Majority of referrals are internal physician referrals.
- Dry needling and other specialty services available as cash-based options.
- Supportive clinical environment with collaborative PT/PTA/front office communication.
Mentorship & Culture:
- Unstructured new grad mentorship tailored to clinician needs.
- Monthly staff meetings with clinical spotlights and staff presentations.
- Two CEU courses annually hosted in the region.
- High retention among staff and collaborative team environment.
