Minimum Requirements
- Doctoral, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with restorative programs, fall risk assessment, and mobility training preferred.
- Ability to document clinical progress using electronic medical records preferred.
