Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by professional credentialing bodies.
- Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification required from American Heart Association or American Red Cross prior to start.
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred. New graduates are not eligible for this opening.
- Experience with evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and functional outcome measurement in an outpatient setting.
- Demonstrated competency in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in accordance with clinic policies and payer requirements.
- Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and to participate in student clinical education when assigned.
- Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education. Adhere to state practice act and professional codes of conduct.

- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.
- Schedule: 40 hours per week, structured as 5x8 shifts.
- Duration: 13 week assignment.
