Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New York State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in an outpatient setting preferred.
- Experience treating orthopedic and post-operative patient populations preferred.
