Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred.
- Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and provide ongoing treatment sessions.
- Competence in documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Willingness to participate in student supervision and preceptorship as assigned.
- Maintain licensure and meet state-mandated continuing education requirements.
