Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads that include geriatric patients, post-operative care, and fall-risk interventions preferred.
- Experience with documentation systems and outcome tracking in an SNF environment preferred.

- Shift Details: 5 days per week.

- Schedule Notes: Coverage options include Mon–Fri and Tue–Sat rotations.
