Dentist in Camillus, NY - Mentorship in Implant Dentistry
Join a thriving, patient-centered dental practice in Camillus, NY, just outside Syracuse. This is a great opportunity for a dentist looking to step into a fully booked schedule with a loyal, established patient base, strong earning potential, and a clear path to partnership.

You’ll work alongside an owner dentist who is an Associate Fellow Implantologist (AAID), offering hands-on mentorship in both surgical and prosthetic implant dentistry.

Schedule

Flexible 3–4 days per week

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive daily guarantee or 35% of collections (whichever is higher)
Earning potential: $120,000 – $300,000+ annually based on production
Full schedule and steady patient flow from day one
$5,000 sign-on bonus
$500 annual CE allowance
Uniform allowance provided
W2 or 1099 options available
Clear pathway to partnership

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive exams and develop treatment plans
Deliver high-quality restorative care (fillings, crowns, bridges)
Perform extractions and select endodontic procedures
Provide removable prosthetics, including partials and dentures
Educate patients on treatment options and preventative care
Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation

Qualifications

Active New York dental license (required)
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Reliable, team-oriented, and patient-focused
Comfortable with general dentistry procedures
New grads and experienced dentists encouraged to apply
