What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring our facility runs safely, efficiently, and without interruption. No two days are the same—you’ll troubleshoot, repair, and improve advanced manufacturing systems across the plant.

Diagnose and repair electrical (up to 460V), mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform testing to ensure optimal performance
Execute preventive, predictive, and emergency maintenance with precision and urgency
Partner with production teams to adjust equipment based on schedules and demand
Support fabrication projects using lathes, mills, and welding equipment
Maintain critical spare parts inventory to minimize downtime
Contribute to continuous improvement and facility upgrade projects
Work with PLCs and VFDs (Allen Bradley experience highly valued)
Expand your skills through ongoing training and certification opportunities

What You Bring

2-year technical degree (or equivalent hands-on experience)
3+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems
Experience with PLCs/VFDs (Allen Bradley preferred)
HVAC experience is a plus
A proactive mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges
