Oral Surgeon – Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons & Dental Implant Center – Central Michigan (Rotational)
Greater Michigan Oral Surgeons & Dental Implant Center (GMOS) is Michigan's premier multi-site oral surgery group: 6 locations, 8 surgeons, and a dominant referral position across central Michigan. Backed by institutional investment and actively expanding into northern Michigan, GMOS is adding a surgeon to meet excess patient demand across its growing footprint. This is an opportunity to join the premier OMS platform in the state, with no production cap, a clear path to leadership, and a staff and culture built to make the surgeon's life easy.
Schedule
• 4–5 days per week
• Surgical procedures scheduled in the morning
• Consults scheduled in the afternoon
• Rotational, multi-site model across central Michigan
• Open scheduling model
Pay & Compensation
• $600,000 – $1,000,000+ annual earning potential
• 35% of collections (draw structure)
• Current GMOS surgeons average $3M+ in annual production with no production cap
• Sign-on bonus, relocation, or partnership opportunities available (candidate specific)

Duties & Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Perform surgical procedures including extractions, dental implants, and removal of pathology
• Administer local and general anesthesia as needed
• Collaborate with general dentists, orthodontists, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Prescribe medications for post-operative care and pain management
• Treat infections and conditions affecting the oral and maxillofacial regions
• Provide emergency treatment for orofacial injuries
• Educate patients on procedures, recovery, and long-term care
Requirements
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program
• Completion of an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery residency
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Michigan
• Strong clinical and surgical skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
