Minimum Requirements:
- Active Pharmacist state license for Iowa or compact-eligible licensing as allowed by state rules. License verification required.
- Minimum 2 years of pharmacy experience required. Hospital experience preferred.
- At least 1 prior travel contract completed preferred.
- EPIC electronic medical record experience required.
- Sterile compounding experience required.
- Must provide: valid driver’s license, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission, copy of required certifications, and one supervisory reference at time of submission.
- Profile must show a taxable address outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
- Ability to float within the same discipline across local campuses may be required.
