About the Role
As a CCRP, you will play a key role in helping animals recover from injury, surgery, and chronic or neurologic conditions. Through a combination of hands-on therapies and individualized treatment plans, you will support improved mobility, pain management, and overall patient well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and apply rehabilitation therapies and modalities, including:
- Laser therapy
- Shockwave treatments
- Hydrotherapy (underwater treadmill and swimming techniques)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient
- Monitor patient progress, mobility, and response to therapy
- Provide client education and clear instructions for home exercise programs
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records documenting patient progress
- Collaborate with veterinarians and hospital teams to ensure continuity of care
What We re Looking For
- CCRP (or equivalent rehabilitation certification) required
- Experience in veterinary medicine, rehabilitation, or physical therapy preferred
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation modalities and treatment planning
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for client education
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
