Our healthcare partner is seeking an experienced RN to join their dynamic team, providing exceptional care across Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Neuro, Step-Down ICU, and ICU units.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your extensive cardiac and ICU experience while also supporting other units as needed. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
- Document patient care according to standards of care
- Develop, initiate, and execute personalized patient care plans
- Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to support patient care across units
- Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and escalate concerns appropriately
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Current IL License, CPR, ACLS, NIHSS required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; education verification required
