As a Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in supporting mothers through labor and delivery, ensuring both mother and baby receive the highest standard of care. Your dedication and skills will be vital in creating a safe and nurturing environment.
- Provide comprehensive care to mothers during labor, delivery, and postpartum
- Monitor fetal heart rates and mother's vital signs
- Administer medications and perform necessary interventions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate and support families throughout the childbirth process
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols
- Need 2 years experience in setting
- Current RN License in State Required
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certifications required
