Minimum Requirements:
- Current NJ Pharmacist License required.
- Minimum 1 year hospital pharmacist experience required.
- Ability to work every other weekend and assigned holidays as required by contract.
- Required submission documents: RTO at time of submission.
- Required immunizations: must be fully vaccinated, including COVID booster.
- Experience with sterile and hazardous medication preparation per USP standards preferred.
- Experience with Pyxis and carousel technology preferred.
- Epic charting experience preferred.
- Ability to perform medication verification, controlled substance management, medication histories, reconciliation, patient education, and clinical interventions.
- Return-to-office or on-site credentialing requirements as applicable.
- First-time travelers will be considered.

- Shift Name: Mid Shift.
- Shift Pattern: Mid 5x8-Hour.
- Shift Hours: 1500 - 2300.
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required.
- Holidays: 1–2 required based on contract length.
- On Call: No on call required.
- Floating: No floating required.
