Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active GA Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Home health experience preferred.
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) preferred.
- Ability to perform comprehensive PT evaluations and develop measurable treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and state/federal regulations.
- Experience supervising PT assistants and aides preferred.

- Shift: Days.
- Shift Requirements: Monday - Friday.
- Client expects candidate to cover Newton and Henry counties.
- Candidate may be required to perform travel between patient homes within the service area.
