Responsibilities: This position is responsible for execution of the hospice admission process in compliance with federal and state regulations. The Admissions Nurse will advocate for the patient and family to meet those stated needs that hospice can cover and/or refer them to other resources as appropriate. Qualifications: Education
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing school. Required
Work Experience- 2 years of experience in a hospice, home health, or other health care service delivery system setting. Required
Licenses and Certifications- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure Required
- Current CPR certification. Required
- Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
