Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting is required.
- Must have experience evaluating and treating geriatric patients, including fall risk assessment and mobility restoration.
- Demonstrated competency with documentation in electronic medical record systems preferred.
- Current CPR certification preferred.

- Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days 0800-1630.
- Shift Pattern: 5x8 (Monday through Friday schedule reflected in shift hours).
- Assignment Length: 14 weeks.
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 per week.
- Candidate may be required to float to other nearby facilities as needed.
