Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active Massachusetts PT license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Minimum of 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of total PT experience in other settings post-clinicals. (Preferred: demonstrated ortho, geriatric, or athletic population experience.)
- Experience with electronic medical records. Raintree experience preferred.
- Willingness to work evening hours at least 2 evenings per week (clinic may operate until 7:00 PM).
- Completion of three HealthStream modules prior to assignment start is required. Agency will be reimbursed upon proof of completion and at least one shift worked.

- Must be open to covering outpatient caseload across clinic patient populations from pediatric to geriatric and orthopedics.
