Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active California Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facilities preferred.
- Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF equipment and procedures, such as therapeutic modalities, gait training, transfers, and ADL-focused interventions preferred.
- Minimum clinical experience: 1+ years patient-facing physical therapy experience preferred.
- Ability to document in electronic medical records and follow facility-specific care plans.
