Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Illinois state license required to start the position.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred.
- Flexible schedule availability to meet patient and clinic needs.
