Jackson HealthPros is excited to add an experienced Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist to our team where you’ll be responsible for performing a variety of radiographic procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.
- Current ARRT certification and state licensure as required. Must have Illinois (IL) license and apply for Iowa (IA) license as required by the client.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist / X-Ray Technologist.
- At least 1 completed travel contract.
- Demonstrated C-arm experience. Client requires C-arm proficiency; expect C-arm to comprise approximately 90% of workload in the OR.
- Experience performing general radiography for Emergency Department, Inpatient, and Outpatient settings.
- Must not have been employed by the client facility within the past 12 months.
- Driver’s license, current work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission, license verification, copies of required certifications, and one supervisory reference required at time of submission.
- Candidate must have a taxable address outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
- Preferred: prior OR X-ray technologist experience and familiarity with EPIC electronic medical record.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Hospital.
- Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
- Shift Start Time: 06:45. Shift type: Days.
- Shift Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Primary Work Setting: Operating Room (C-arm use ~90% of workload); when not in OR will perform ED, inpatient, and outpatient general x-rays.
- Floating: Candidate must be willing to float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed.
- EMR: EPIC.
