Minimum Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if licensure was obtained on or after January 2016; foreign equivalent acceptable where applicable.
- Active Oregon Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS, HS-BLS, or RQIBLS) certification from an approved vendor required.
- Valid driver’s license and must be at least 21 years of age or older required.
- Experience providing outpatient or hospital-based physical therapy preferred.
- Experience co-leading interdisciplinary patient groups preferred.
