Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new location.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active California Occupational Therapy License required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments is required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with ADL/IADL training, therapeutic activity planning, and documentation in electronic medical records.
- Current immunizations and ability to meet facility-specific screening requirements may be required by client.
- Preferred: Prior travel therapy experience and proficiency with restorative nursing programs.
