Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Boiler Operator to join their team. As a Boiler Operator, you will be part of the Mechanical Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the facility.
- Assist with inspections, repairs, and general maintenance tasks to ensure optimal operation of building systems.
- Support electricians, plumbers, and mechanics as needed, contributing to team efforts.
- Maintain accurate documentation for fire extinguishers and other safety systems.
- Participate in routine cleaning and repair tasks, including HVAC coil cleaning, filter changes, and painting.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing maintenance.
- Certified Boiler Technician preferred.
- EPA Universal License required.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic computer applications such as MS Office and CMMS systems.
