Your Role:
In the heart of our mission, our LPNs play a vital role in delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting the health and well-being of our residents. The Stellar way is characterized by kindness, professionalism, clinical excellence, and respect for the dignity and privacy of our cherished residents. Your duties will include:
- Provide Direct Nursing Care to Residents in Accordance with Care Plans and Physician Orders
- Administer Medications and Treatments Safely and Accurately
- Monitor and Assess Resident Conditions and Report Changes to the RN or Physician
- Supervise and Support CNAs to Ensure Quality Care Delivery
- Maintain Accurate and Timely Documentation of Care and Services Provided
- Respond to Resident Needs and Call Lights with Compassion and Urgency
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team Members to Ensure Holistic Care
Qualifications:
- Current LPN License in Good Standing
- Knowledge of Nursing Practices, Procedures, and Regulations
- Strong Clinical and Assessment Skills
- Ability to Work Effectively Both as a Team and Independently
- Can-Do Attitude with a Commitment to Exceptional Resident Care
- A Genuine Love for Seniors
