Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in Massachusetts required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR certification required.
- Must have a current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits across the service area.
- Experience providing home health physical therapy or equivalent outpatient/home-visits experience preferred.
- Ability to complete patient evaluations, develop plans of care, and document per CMS and agency guidelines required.
- Schedule flexibility required, including participation in weekend rotation and potential availability on observed holidays as needed.
- Experience supervising PTAs or home health aides preferred, if applicable per state regulation.
