Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Position
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in outpatient settings preferred
- Comfortable working independently as an experienced PT
- Ability to work with a primarily senior/Medicare patient population
