Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Arizona state license in Physical Therapy is required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Outpatient orthopedic experience is required. Experience evaluating and treating musculoskeletal/orthopedic caseloads strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, document goals, and complete timely medical record documentation.
- Experience with functional treatment programs and safe patient handling techniques.
- Ability to supervise and mentor students or support staff as needed.
- Maintain professional licensure and comply with state practice act and mandatory continuing education requirements.
- Adherence to clinic policies for attendance, appearance, and safety procedures.
- Preferred: experience with charge entry, letters of medical necessity, and quality indicator assessment.
