Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Florida Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience with Home Health setting is required.
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience is required.
- Current, verifiable references demonstrating recent clinical practice as a Physical Therapist.
