Schedule: Every other Saturday and Sunday 8:30am-6:30am

Location/Setting: Port Orange 32127

Age Range: Adult

Acuity: High, Trach/Vent, Hoyer Lift

Qualifications  

Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
- Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days  
Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation
