Our client, a leading organization in enterprise content management and operational excellence, is seeking a Content Writer 1 to join their team. As a Content Writer 1, you will be part of the Content Operations Department supporting documentation lifecycle management and content quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: 100% Remote
Pay Range: $25 - $30/hr Experis W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)
What's the Job?
- Review and refresh existing technical and business process documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Manage content versioning, lifecycle signals, and review cycles to maintain content relevance and usability.
- Triaging incoming stakeholder feedback and coordinating updates with content owners.
- Perform editorial reviews, enforce documentation standards, and improve readability without altering original intent.
- Maintain operational runbooks and support documentation for enterprise initiatives and programs.
What's Needed?
- 3-5 years of experience in content editing, documentation review, or content operations.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.
- Strong understanding of documentation lifecycle management and portfolio maintenance.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently following established standards.
- Experience triaging stakeholder feedback and managing large content libraries is preferred.
