Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Ohio Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
- Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
- Valid driver’s license, current vehicle insurance, and reliable personal vehicle for home visits.
- Experience in home health settings preferred.
- Experience assessing functional status, developing home health plans of care, and documenting progress required.
- Ability to perform patient evaluations and interventions to address mobility, endurance, pain management, and safety in the home environment.
