Join a Hospice Team That Leads With Heart—For Patients, Families, and You
At Day City Hospice, our founders took years of corporate experience and transformed it into something more meaningful: a locally operated, patient-centered hospice dedicated to delivering exceptional care right here in our Dayton community. We believe that when patients and families are facing end-of-life care, they deserve support that is compassionate, timely, and rooted in the place they call home.
Because our leadership and clinicians live and work in Ohio, we’re able to respond quickly and personally to the needs of our patients. And just as importantly, we’re committed to supporting the incredible team who makes this care possible. We keep caseloads manageable, eliminate unworkable quotas, and ensure our staff has the tools, time, and support they need to provide truly meaningful care.
If you’re looking for a place where your work is valued and your impact is felt every day, you’ll find it here.
A Balanced Schedule Designed With You in Mind
Three 12-hour shifts per week, including every other weekend
This schedule gives you four days off each week, offering more time for rest, family, and the things that matter most. It’s a great fit for nurses who want meaningful patient connections without the grind of a traditional five-day workweek.
