A Schedule Designed for More Time Off
Four days a week. Ten-hour shifts.
This structure gives you three days off every week, offering more time for rest, family, and the things you love.
The role includes an overnight, weekend, and holiday rotation, shared across the team to keep workloads manageable and ensure everyone enjoys meaningful downtime.

What You’ll Do
• Provide direct patient care in alignment with the State Nurse Practice Act
• Deliver skilled nursing care based on comprehensive assessments and individualized plans of care
• Document patient services accurately and promptly
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and symptom management
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (aides, therapy, social work, dietitians, supervisors)
• Provide effective pain and symptom management and evaluate patient responses
What You Bring
• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• Three years of nursing experience (hospice, community health, or med-surg preferred)
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
