Position Summary
The Director of Electrical Operations is responsible for leading and overseeing all electrical construction operations across multiple projects. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contract requirements and electrical codes. The Director of Electrical Operations provides strategic and hands-on leadership to project management and field teams, drives operational consistency, and partners with executive leadership to support business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with contract documents, electrical codes (NEC), safety standards, and company policies.
Drive operational excellence in safety, quality, productivity, and cost control for electrical scopes.
Lead, mentor, and develop electrical project managers, superintendents, and field leadership.
Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, productivity, and margin management.
