We are seeking a drivenentry-levelAssociate Territory Sales Representative (Ophthalmology). This role providesessential retinal diseasestate and product education tooptometrists andophthalmologists to help them recognize patients affected with retinal disease.

• Develop andmaintainprofessional relationships with ophthalmologists, retina specialists, and office staff
• Deliver clear and compliant product and disease state education to healthcare providers
•Host speaker programs and marketing symposiums, represent Apellis at state association congress meetings
• Build strong knowledge of assigned products, including mechanism of action, indication, and key clinical data
• Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, market trends, and compliance guidelines in daily interactions
• Ask strategic questions to understand customer needs and tailor communication effectively
• Execute territory plans and support sales goals through consistent activity and follow-up
• Collaboratecloselywith internalbusiness partnersto share insights and drive overall team success
What do you need for this position?
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1–2 years of B2B sales experience
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a sales environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel overnight if required
