As a Float ICU RN, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care across various units within the facility. Your adaptability and clinical expertise will be key in managing complex patient cases and supporting your fellow healthcare professionals.
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification: Required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS): Required
- AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support): Required
- Need 3 years experience in setting
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Acute care facility experience: Preferred
- Travel experience preferred
