As a Physical Therapist in this role, you'll be part of a team committed to restoring and improving physical, social, and mental functions for patients. You'll have the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing your skills to create individualized treatment plans and provide exceptional care.
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement therapy interventions using appropriate protocols
- Communicate care and discharge plans effectively
- Complete comprehensive clinical documentation
- Supervise assigned assistants
- Maintain current CA PT license and BLS certification
